Chris Boswell's reward for 6 field goals: A drug test

If you kick six field goals in a game, prepare to pee in a cup. Chris Boswell learned this on Wednesday.

Boswell tied a Steelers record against Cincinnati on Sunday by connecting from 30 yards, 40 yards, 45 yards and 49 yards (thrice). It was the third six-FG game in franchise history and 37th league-wide. So, yes — pretty good.

It’s more fun to think that the real reason for Boswell’s test was his fourth-quarter, touchdown-saving tackle of Alex Erickson.

Suspicious random drug tests are nothing new for the Steelers. James Harrison seems to have them weekly, including twice after the Buffalo game.

Antonio Brown posted a photo of a $100,000 check to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh on his Snapchat story.

That certainly is unrelated to the fact that he’s very old and very good, or that he was accused of PED use in a thoroughly discredited 2015 Al-Jazeera report, or that he’s embroiled in a years-long feud with Roger Goodell. Those are unrelated facts about James Harrison.
