The Penguins announced Thursday that defenseman Trevor Daley had arthroscopic knee surgery this morning and will miss six weeks.
Penguins head physician Dr. Dharmesh Vyas performed the surgery.
Daley was injured in the first period of a 3-1 win at Carolina on Tuesday.

In 54 games this season, Daley had five goals and 19 points.
