Remember needs of city businesses when planning for bicycles

Remember needs of city businesses when planning for bicycles

To me, bicycles belong on trails, parks, playgrounds, etc.

I agree with the letter from Joseph Pass, the lawyer whose offices are on Fort Pitt Boulevard (“A Fort Pitt Bike Lane Will Be Terrible for Businesses,” Dec. 25). I have been to Joe’s office with union reps and we had to park somewhere behind the law office.

Do bike riders on city streets need a license like drivers? Do they have to pay what we car drivers pay?
