Authorities said a woman armed with a gun robbed a bank Thursday in McCandless.
The incident occurred about 5 p.m. at the PNC Bank in the 9800 block of McKnight Road.
The FBI said a woman carrying a bag entered the bank, approached a teller, displayed a gun and demanded money.
She got away with an unknown amount of cash, according to the FBI.
The FBI described the woman as a white female in her late 40s, about 5-foot-3 and 170 to 180 pounds.
She was wearing a black wig, gray sweatpants, a black T-shirt and black suede slippers with fur.
The FBI asks anyone with information about the robbery to call them at 412-432-4000. Callers can remain anonymous.
