WATCH: Is Steelers' Najee Harris worth much in a trade?

In his weekly YouTube appearance, Post-Gazette sports columnist Paul Zeise joins host Adam Bittner to weigh Najee Harris' value to the Steelers in 2024 after GM Omar Khan declined his fifth-year option. Should Khan consider trading him instead of letting him walk for nothing at the end of the year? Would other teams actually value him enough to get a deal for a top wideout like Brandon Aiyuk or Deebo Samuel done? Or is Harris simply most valuable playing out the final year of his contract in Pittsburgh?

Our duo tackles those questions and more. Among them: Should new OC Arthur Smith develop a package of plays for backup QB Justin Fields? Especially after starter Russell Wilson endorsed the idea? Is Pat Freiermuth really going to take a next step in Smith's offense considering Kyle Pitts failed to become an elite TE for him in Atlanta? And is there anything Pirates GM Ben Cherington has done better than predecessor Neal Huntington as he nears the five-year mark in his tenure?
