Penn State’s 2020 recruiting class grew by two players Tuesday, bringing the total number to 18.
Joseph Johnson (6-2, 175), a cornerback from Colonial Heights, Virginia, and Parker Washington (5-10, 197), a receiver from Richmond, Texas, both announced their commitments to the Nittany Lions.

According to 247Sports, Johnson and Washington are both three-star recruits, but Rivals rates Washington as a four-star.
