Noteworthy: The Penguins lost to the Flyers, 6-3, Wednesday at Wells Fargo Center in the season opener. ... Flyers winger Joel Farabee had a goal and three assists. ... Penguins G Tristan Jarry allowed six goals on 25 shots. ... Flyers G Carter Hart, Jarry’s offseason training partner, will start again Friday after making 31 saves in the opener. ... With his power-play goal Wednesday, Crosby has tallied 106 points in 71 career games against the Flyers. ... Playing with former college teammate Brandon Tanev, Mark Jankowski had a goal and an assist in his Penguins debut.
