Class 1A all-state football: Mapletown's Landan Stevenson selected to team

Landan Stevenson had a terrific career as a running back at Mapletown High School, and he topped it off by being selected to the all-state team.

He led Mapletown to a perfect record in the regular season for the first time since 1968. Stevenson, who is being recruited by small colleges, also made the Post-Gazette Fabulous 22 and was the P-G’s WPIAL Class 1A Player of the Year.
