Here are the Post-Gazette's final 2018 high school football rankings

Of the 30 teams that made the final state high school football rankings, about one-third are from the WPIAL.

The PIAA championships concluded Saturday and the final Post-Gazette rankings have 11 teams from the WPIAL. Penn Hills (5A) and Aliquippa (3A) won PIAA titles and are the WPIAL teams ranked No. 1.

The WPIAL had three teams ranked in the top five in both Class 5A and 1A. Here are the final P-G state rankings:
