Duquesne moves to 3-0 in Atlantic 10 play after road win at St. Joseph's

Duquesne had four players in double figures, led by Marcus Weathers with 15 points. Sincere Carry added 14 as the Dukes (13-2, 3-0 Atlantic 10) held Saint Joseph’s (3-12, 0-3) to a season-low 28.8% from the field to remain undefeated in league play with a 78-60 win over the Hawks in Philadelphia.

Baylee Steele added 12 off the bench and Maceo Austin rounded out the double-digit scorers with 11 for the Dukes, who are 3-0 in league play for the fourth time in 43 seasons.

Duquesne, playing its first A10 road game of the year, led by five early before Steele started a 13-2 run with a 3-pointer. Lamar Norman Jr., who finished with eight points, added another 3-pointer, a steal and a dunk as Duquesne built a 24-11 lead. In all, six players hit a 3-pointer in the opening 20 minutes to help the Dukes to a 38-23 advantage.

The Dukes opened the second half with a 11-0 run that included another Norman Jr. 3-pointer to take a 49-23 lead.
