Indiana University of Pennsylvania was held to just 249 total yards, 39 on the ground, and committed three turnovers as Shepherd rolled to a 48-13 victory in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division II tournament on Saturday, ending the Crimson Hawks’ season.
Shepherd quarterback Tyson Bagent was highly efficient, throwing for 231 yards on 19-of-28 passing and four touchdowns, while running back Ronnie Brown paced the ground game with 118 yards and two touchdowns. Shepherd built a 21-7 lead heading into the half, then pulled away with a 21-0 third quarter.
