Pitt's Tyler Boyd, Ejuan Price named to All-ACC first team

Pitt wide receiver Tyler Boyd and defensive end Ejuan Price were named to the All-ACC first team, released today by the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association (ACSMA).

It's Boyd's second consecutive year on the All-ACC first team. He led the conference this season in receptions per game (7.7) and receiving yards per game (79.4).

Price, meanwhile, came back after missing two and a half of the last three years due to injury to have a breakout year for the Panthers. He led the ACC with 0.96 sacks per game, and his 11.5 sacks rank fifth in Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS).

In addition to Boyd and Price, offensive tackle Adam Bisnowaty, offensive guard Dorian Johnson and running back Qadree Ollison made the All-ACC second team. Defensive tackle Darryl Render and safety Jordan Whitehead made the third team, and cornerback Avonte Maddox earned honorable mention.

One of Pat Narduzzi's biggest moves this season as Pitt's new coach was installing Nathan Peterman as his starting quarterback.
