A new Pirates owner might take the team away

To all Pirates fans who want owner Bob Nutting to sell the team: Be careful what you wish for (“Everyone says ‘Sell the team,’ Bob Nutting — and they can tell him why,” Apr. 10). Selling the team does not guarantee that they will stay here.

Ask the football fans in Baltimore. Indianapolis would love a professional baseball team. PNC park would look pretty stupid being empty all year long, especially losing a team that has been here since 1887.
