The Mon Wharf will remain closed Thursday as the area remains susceptible to flooding, the Pittsburgh Parking Authority said.
The wharf had closed early on Monday because of a flood advisory issued by the National Weather Service.
Water levels had receded since Monday, but they are expected to rise again Thursday.
