Allegheny County announces four more polling changes for Tuesday's election

The Allegheny County’s Elections Division announced four more polling place changes for Tuesday’s election — three in Pittsburgh and one in Penn Hills — because of heating or mold problems in previous locations.

The new polling places are:

▪ Chadwick Recreation Center, 1462 Oberlin St., in the city’s Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood for voters from Ward 12, Districts 14, 15 and 16

▪ Penn Hills Volunteer Fire Department No. 4 at 1002 Center Ave. for voters in Ward 8, District 2.

Voters in Pennsylvania will head to the polls Nov. 6 to select a U.S. Senator, members of the U.S. House, a governor and state legislative posts.

Voters who live in those districts have been sent letters about the new polling places and information will be posted at the old polling places on Tuesday to direct voters to the new site.

The county previous announced 33 other polling place changes. They affect wards in Baldwin Borough, Carnegie, McCandless, Mt. Lebanon, Penn Hills, Pittsburgh, Plum, Shaler, Stowe, Upper St. Clair and Wilkinsburg:
