A 17-year-old was shot and killed Monday night in Penn Hills, police said.
Allegheny County police were called shortly after 7 p.m. Monday for a reported shooting in the 10100 block of Frankstown Road.
When first responders arrived, they found 17-year-old Jason Hubert Jackson Jr., of Pittsburgh, with gunshot wounds in the nearby 10100 block of Gibson Street.
Jason died at the scene at 7:40 p.m., the county medical examiner’s office said Tuesday morning.
