"It appears the red Dodge was involved with the shooting at one or more persons on Bouquet St.," police said in a release.

After officers arrived at Bouquet Street, they "found ballistic evidence in the area but no victim," the release said.

Police said the two juveniles, whose names have not been released, have been detained.

The identity of the gunshot victim and his condition have not been released.
