A 55-year-old motorcyclist who died last week in a single-vehicle accident in Franklin Park has been identified by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Police said Jon Osman, of Pittsburgh, was found unconscious on the street Wednesday after he lost control of his motorcycle in the 1500 block of Arndt Road. Emergency responders were called to assist just before 9 p.m.

Mr. Osman was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after their arrival, the medical examiner’s office reported Monday morning. His cause of death was ruled an accident.
