Stickle was the popular club manager from the North Side whose remains were found on the morning of Feb. 8, 2002, in her burned-out vehicle in the parking lot of her apartment on Chesbro Street.
Stickle's family and friends, who believe she was a homicide victim, are concerned that Allegheny County Coroner Dr. Cyril H. Wecht has ruled the manner of death as undetermined rather than homicide, and that Pittsburgh police detectives have not solved the mystery. A petition has been prepared asking Wecht to rule Stickle's death a homicide.
The group also is raising money to pay for reward posters, billboards, legal fees and a private investigation. Donations may be made to the Jamie Lynn Stickle Trust Account, PO Box 1591, Pittsburgh, PA, 15222.
