I was shopping at Wagner's Market in Hampton when my medication wore off. As a result I had trouble walking, and was getting ready to navigate the exit door when a man came to my rescue.
He took my bags and said something like, "We all have our crosses to bear, let me help you." Before I knew it, my bags were in the car and my cart was returned. I asked him what his name was, and he said "Mr. Wagner" (the owner).
Talk about customer service. Thank you, Mr. Wagner, for making my day.
