Phipps goes 'Under the Sea'

Whales, walruses, sea turtles and many other sea creatures are the stars of Phipps Conservatory’s Summer Flower Show, “Under the Sea.” Watch them swim among colorful flowers and admire butterflies inside the Oakland glasshouse. The show, designed by associate director of exhibits Jordyn Melino, opens Saturday and continues through Sept. 8. Information and tickets: www.phipps.conservatory.org.
