Mother’s Day is less than a week away and you don’t want to wait until the last minute to find the perfect gift. Here are a few that are certain to put a smile on the face of any mom who loves to eat, drink or cook.
CozyMeal Cooking Classes
Is your mom an aspiring chef or a more experienced one looking to add to her culinary repertoire? Treat her to one or more hands-on cooking classes hosted by Cozymeal.
Taught by professional chefs in a cozy and stress-free environment, there are classes on everything from classic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine to Asian and French fare. They’re offered in various locations (some even in your own home), with prices starting at $95. Online cooking and mixology courses are also available.
Chantal’s Cheeses
For the cheese and charcuterie aficionado, Chantal’s Cheese Shop in Bloomfield is a food lover’s dream. They have cheeses and meats by the pound — along with the crackers, jams, mustards and olives that complement them — to build an awesome charcuterie board at home. Or, turn it over to the experts and order a charcuterie board specially designed by owner/cheese monger Anais Saint-Andre Loughran; board prices range from $45-$155, depending on size and selection.
