In July 2021, Mr. Romoff, 75, was replaced by Leslie Davis, who received $2.4 million in total compensation in 2020 in her role as senior vice president and COO of UPMC’s Health Services Division.

UPMC on Friday released its IRS Form 990, which is required to be filed with the government annually and lists the top executive salaries for the nonprofit health care giant. Executive salaries were for calendar year 2020 in the 2021 filing released Friday, as required by the IRS.

UPMC, a $24 billion integrated hospital and health insurance giant, employs some 92,000 people and operates 40 hospitals, including many in Pennsylvania.
