What does Pittsburgh’s business community need to do to lift all employees, entrepreneurs and build its economy?

The workforce has had to adapt a lot after the past couple of years. I believe increasing remote work options and/or hybrid work schedules where possible is an important shift. In many cases, these options save both the employer and employee money. Investing in programs that will incentivize workers, such as health care benefits and on-the-job training, would make a big difference in bringing people back to the workforce, as well.
