A Washington County woman was killed last night when she crashed her car on Interstate 70 in South Strabane.
State police in Washington said Tammy Fareis, 33, of Claysville, had been driving west at 10:52 p.m. when her van crossed the median, careened off a guide rail on the eastbound berm and crashed into a bridge abutment.
Ms. Fareis was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, police said.

She was taken to Washington Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
