Christopher Arnold has been named chief operating officer at Fred Rogers Productions.
Mr. Arnold follows long-time Fred Rogers Productions COO Kevin Morrison, who is retiring.
“We are delighted to welcome Chris to our ‘Neighborhood,’” Paul Siefken, the nonprofit’s president and CEO said in a statement about the production company on the South Side. “He’s coming from a world-class game developer like Schell Games, and his valuable experiences and fresh perspective will help us to further strengthen our operations and lead to the company’s continued growth and success.”
A graduate of Allegheny College, Mr. Arnold comes to Fred Rogers Productions from Pittsburgh-based Schell Games, also on the South Side, where he was of general counsel and vice president of human resources. There, he was responsible for developing relationships with partners such as Google, Facebook, The Walt Disney Company, The LEGO Group and ILMxLAB.
