Filmed-in-Pittsburgh 'Where'd You Go Bernadette?' unveils first trailer

The first movie trailer of the mostly filmed-in-Pittsburgh "Where'd You Go Bernadette?" hit the web on Tuesday.

The preview sets up the satiric comedy, based on Maria Semple’s 2012 novel, with two-time Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett as the title character, a brilliant Seattle architect, and Billy Crudup as her husband. They have a seemingly idyllic life with their teenage daughter, Bee (Emma Nelson) -- until Bernadette goes missing before a family trip to Antarctica.

It is Seattle, not Pittsburgh, that is front and center in the trailer, including its iconic Space Needle. Other filming locations included Vancouver, British Columbia, and Greenland as a stand-in for Antarctica. The movie is expected to hit theaters on March 22.
