Damaged cable cuts phone service in Mount Oliver, Allentown
About 60 customers without service

Crews still were working this morning to repair a Verizon phone cable that was damaged Saturday. About 60 customers in Mount Oliver and in the Allentown section of Pittsburgh are without service, according to a city emergency dispatch supervisor.

A Verizon phone cable was damaged around noon yesterday in Mount Oliver.
