Casbah, Shadyside, is holding its annual PastaFest Monday through July 2. This year's menu includes more than a dozen shapes of pasta each matched with a unique creative sauce. Look for polenta agnolotti with braised Elysian Field Farms lamb ragout and fresh figs; tagliolini with seared rare tuna, calamari and putanesca sauce; and roasted garlic tortellini with wild mushrooms, arugula, rosemary and Ricotta-Salata. NEW RESTAURANTS, NEW MENUS
Pazzo Restaurant, Mt. Lebanon, opened for business last Monday.
