Suspect to stand trial in North Side shooting death

A North Side man was ordered to stand trial today in the July 21 shooting death of a man on Sandusky Street.

District Judge Oscar Petite Jr. found enough evidence to hold Darin Davis, 20, for trial in the slaying of Jason Glenn, 21.

According to police, the altercation was over an iPod that Mr. Glenn tried to sell to Mr. Davis.
