A Meadville man who was drinking at an Independence Day celebration in Sandy Creek Township, Mercer County, was found dead in a hot tub, state police reported.

Timothy W. Boura, 31, was found face down and unresponsive at about 4:30 p.m. yesterday. Attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Mercer County Deputy Coroner John Libonati.

An autopsy revealed no foul play, police said. A determination of the cause of death awaits the outcome of toxicology tests.
