CLASSES

Peters -- Free blood pressure screenings will be available from 8:45 to 10 a.m. tomorrow at Peters Township Community Center, Peterswood Park, provided by Canonsburg General Hospital.
LIBRARIES
Chartiers -- Two free events are scheduled for Chartiers-Houston Community Library, 730 W. Grant St.
Bugs will be the topic in a Creepy Crawly session at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Children will build a bug house, make bug snacks and more.
Bereavement counselor Alice Teagarden will discuss talking to your children about death and dying at 6 p.m. July 17.

Peters -- Exhibit designer Nancy Vejlstrup will demonstrate how to turn trash into gardening treasures at 10 a.m. Saturday at Peters Township Public Library, 616 E. McMurray Road. Cost is $3 upon registration. Planters made during the session will be sold at silent auction following the presentation. Call 724-941-9430.

Washington -- KTW Young Actors Studio will present "Alice in Wonderland" and "Fractured Fairytales" in the Theatre Downstairs in Washington Mall. Showtimes for "Alice" are 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Friday; 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday; and 2 p.m. July 20. Curtains for "Fairytales," are 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. July 18; 2 and 7:30 p.m. July 19; and 2 p.m. July 20.
