Receiver Christian Kuntz became the 15th player to verbally commit to Penn State's football class of 2009 today.

Kuntz, 6 feet 4 and 195 pounds, is from Trinity High School in Camp Hill, Pa. He chose the Nittany Lions over Connecticut and Akron.

Penn State coach Joe Paterno has said he plans to offer between 20-22 scholarships for the 2009 season.
