Carnegie

• In connection with a May 16 traffic accident on Williams Way, Donna M. Kasievich, 56, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and careless driving.

• Carl Latimer, 30, of Carnegie, was charged Sunday with simple assault, harassment, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct for a domestic incident that took place the day before in an eighth-floor apartment at Carnegie Towers.

• During the continuing investigation into an incident that began with a shooting in Scott, Randy M. Thompson, 18, of Carnegie, was charged June 21 with possession of suspected crack-cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jeffrey M. Shamonsky, 37, of Dormont, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness on Barrett Way.

• Charles C. Musta, 35, of Dormont, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness on Collier Avenue.

• Daric M. Anderson, 19, of Corliss, was charged Friday with public drunkenness in the lobby of Carnegie Towers.

• Jalissa A. Thompson, 18, of Bridgeville, was charged Saturday with harassment for an incident on First Avenue.

Collier

• After police were called June 18 to a residence on Thoms Run Road for a report of a car that had run off the road into a house, William Lynch, 49, of Thoms Run Road, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

• Mark Wagner, 46, of South Fayette, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a police officer said he saw the car Mr. Wagner was operating go off the berm to avoid hitting a car on Thoms Run Road on June 20.

Findlay

• Kimberly Amend, of Sheraden, was charged June 23 with harassment by communication after she was accused of making numerous unwanted phone calls to a Findlay residence.

• Benjamin McVay, of Findlay, was charged last Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol after his all-terrain vehicle was involved in an accident.

Ingram

• Gasoline was siphoned from the tanks of two vehicles parked Monday on Joel Street.

• Jason Rutherford, 31, of Thornburg, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct after he was accused of creating a disturbance at a residence on East Prospect Avenue.

• Matthew Reagan, 18, of Ingram, was charged Monday with aggravated assault, robbery, theft, and criminal conspiracy after he was accused of a June 16 assault on Maxwell Street.

• Jason Wofter, 26, and James Fritzley, 39, both of Moon, were charged Friday with possession of drugs, possession with intent to deliver, false identification to law enforcement and various Motor Vehicle Code violations after a traffic stop on Ingram Avenue.

• Robert Minor, 32, of Pittsburgh, was charged June 25 with false identification to law enforcement, driving with a suspended license and speeding on West Prospect Avenue.

• Pearl Scott, 44, of Cadiz, Ohio, was charged June 23 with simple assault and theft after an altercation at a residence on Mainsgate Street.

Kennedy

• Melissa Sade, 22, of Freedom, was charged Monday with retail theft after she was accused of stealing merchandise from Hollywood Video on Pine Hollow Road.

Scott

• Mark Crothers, 46, of Heidelberg, was charged Sunday with simple assault and harassment following an incident in which he was accused of punching a male at a residence in Scott.

• James Jeffrey Wilcox, 18, of Scott, was charged last Thursday with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after he was accused of smashing a vehicle's window with a pick-ax handle on Bell Avenue.

• Ryan Adam Siple, 22, of Chalkhill, Fayette County, was charged Sunday with cruelty to animals after police were called to the store for a call about two dogs locked in a car in 80-degree heat.

• During the night of June 22-23, vandals stole a 60-pound statue of the Blessed Mother from a yard in the 400 block of Lindsay Road.

South Fayette

• William T. Duff, 35, whose last known address was Grant Street in Heidelberg, was charged with retail theft after he was accused of stealing more than $800 in merchandise from Shop 'n Save June 18.

Police said surveillance cameras recorded the theft of 24 bags of shrimp worth $480, five whole beef tenderloins worth $300 and a $50 box of fireworks.

Duff was arraigned in Allegheny County Jail; he faces a preliminary hearing Monday.
