This is sure gonna throw a $4 gallon of gasoline on that inferno of rumors that Madonna and her hubby, Guy Ritchie, are headed for divorce court.
Seems the Material Girl has been getting late-night visits from New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, according to Us Weekly.
The mag broke the story this week, and gossipistas have been on it like white on rice.
Madge has been in New York while her husband had been in London, but he flew into town Monday looking not too happy and without his ring, according to reports.
A-Rod, married and father of two little girls, is said to have made numerous stops to the 49-year-old singer's Central Park West apartment, leaving as late as midnight.
The 32-year-old slugger showed up at Madonna's April 30 concert in New York and she returned the favor by attending a June 22 Yankees game, sitting in A-Rod's seats.
Madonna's rep Liz Rosenberg says she and Guy have no plans to divorce.
But the Times of London reported that Lady M has hired the same divorce attorney as Paul McCartney, and now there are reports that Guy has acquired divorce counsel.
Sounds like Madonna may only have four minutes to save her marriage.
Oooh, did we say that?
Does Lindsay Lohan have a new half sister?
You know we don't know, but apparently her poppa, Michael, has taken a DNA test to find out.
Mr. Lohan has admitted to having a fling with another woman while he was separated from Dina (they're now divorced), but he says he doesn't know whether he's the father of the woman's 13-year-old girl.
In the meantime, the woman, Kristi Kaufmann, told In Touch Weekly that the daughter in question, Ashley, has freckles just like Lindsay.
Michael says if he is Ashley's daddy, he's going to "step up to the plate and do the right thing."
We hope so, because he doesn't have a terribly great track record when it comes doing the right thing
The newest Vanity Fair, which hits stands today, features "Hollywood's Next Wave" of up-and-coming actresses, including Kristen Stewart, Blake Lively of "Gossip Girl" fame and Julia's niece, Emma Roberts.
As with previous covers of this ilk, the mag couldn't find any women of color who have any kind of shot at making it in Hollywood.
It's really kind of sad when you think that we've progressed enough to have an African American as the presumptive nominee of the Democratic party but there's not one female breakout star of color in all of Hollywood.
Oh yeah, Zoe Kravitz, daughter of rocker Lenny and former Cosby kid Lisa Bonet, was mentioned among this crop. But she's not on the cover and we don't even know what she has done to be included.
Maybe somebody can enlighten us.
Eddie Murphy says he's giving up movies and going back to stand-up.
At least that's what he told "Extra."
You know the funny man has a new film coming out called "Meet Dave." We've seen the trailers and that stand-up thing may be a good move.
While we're on the subject of films, we'll give you the results of a recent poll by MovieTickets.com in light of Will Smith's latest flick, "Hancock," which hits theaters today.
Asked to pick their favorite big-screen Will Smith character: 29 percent chose Det. Mike Lowrey ("Bad Boys," "Bad Boys II"); 25 percent took Capt. Steven Hiller ("Independence Day"); 22 percent picked Robert Neville ("I Am Legend"); 22 percent had Chris Gardner ("The Pursuit of Happyness"); 3 percent Muhammad Ali ("Ali").
Hey, what happened to his character from "Men in Black"?
