Waynesburg -- The annual Sheep & Fiber Festival will be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. next Sunday on High Street. It includes a juried craft show and sale, demonstrations, a pedal tractor pull, a lamb cook-off, music, a photo contest, children's activities and more. Admission is free. Monongahela -- The annual Monongahela Area Revitalization Corp. Pooch Parade will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, beginning at Third and Main streets and proceeding to Chess Park. Awards will be given for the smallest, biggest, best costume, best trick, best look-a-like and best in show. Entry is $5. A ticket auction will be held in the park.
