The Victorian Tea Garden, South Side, is preparing for its last weeks of service, as owner Joan Susi is retiring. The tea room will be open through July. Wine lovers need not despair when the 2008 Pittsburgh Wine Festival closes its doors after today's tasting. Continue to explore new and old favorites, at least those from Napa and Sonoma, at the Hoyt Institute of Fine Art's seventh annual Wine Festival, held in a beautiful 1917 mansion in New Castle.
