Another night of wind and snow will slow the commute this morning across Western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and northern West Virginia.

Most primary roadways in the Pittsburgh area have been treated, but motorists should be on the lookout for patches of ice and periodic bursts of snow. Bands of light snow were moving from the West Virginia panhandle through Washington and Allegheny counties in the predawn hours.
