A former Connellsville police officer was arraigned this morning on charges that he accepted sexual favors from a 16-year-old girl in exchange for not filing drug charges against her.

State police said Ryan Thomas Reese, 42, of Connellsville, Fayette County, is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and other offenses in connection to several incidents that occurred from October 2013 through June 2014 while he was an officer with the city of Connellsville.
