A man suffered smoke inhalation during a house fire in Sheraden Wednesday morning that displaced a family of nine.
Pittsburgh firefighters were called to the two-alarm blaze around 6:45 a.m. in the 2700 block of Glen Mawr Street.
The nine residents — three adults and six children — managed to get out of the house unhurt, city public safety officials said. However, one male resident was treated for smoke inhalation by medics at the scene.
